All of our compatible toner cartridges come with 100% lifetime warranty. We want our clients to be totally satisfied with our products. Our OEM (original equipment manufacture) have a one year warranty. Have a problem, question, please call us at (888) 208-7552 and we will resolve the issue ASAP. 

Returns

For all returns back to Laserquick, please call us (888) 208-7552 to obtain an RMA number (return material authorization). Your RMA is valid for 10 days after issue. Laserquick will issue a 100% refund for all purchased toner cartridges within 30 days of purchase and must be in resalable condition, unopened with no marks on the box.. Returns after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  All non-defective returns, the customer is responsible to return the items back to us at their own expense with a RMA number. Use a suitable shipping box and packaging material to protect the product from damage. We are not responsible for lost shipment returned to us and recommend asking for a tracking number from your shipper.
