MPS-automatic ordering

MPS stands for Managed Print Services. The term is a little generic as there are many options to choose from and can be customized for any business. One option is automatic ordering of your toner cartridges. A simple tool is used that would tell your printer(s), when the toner gets to a certain level, place a toner order. Upon delivery the toner cartridge will have a label on the box telling the customer where that toner cartridge belongs.
